Quantum physics is fundamentally changing our understanding of the universe. The unpredictable way that things behave on extremely small scales has massive implications for the way we simulate, communicate, and encrypt. Quantum Futures, the first Australian exhibition to explore this world, is a journey through the tiny universe of qubits and the Second Quantum Revolution.
Join us to celebrate the launch of this exhibition with a panel discussion, featuring Dr Ben McAllister (EQUS, Swinburne University) Mick Conroy (Q-CTRL), Dr Michael Barson (Monash University) and Dr Kerstin Beer (EQUS, Macquarie University) as they discuss the legacy of EQUS and the future of the Australian quantum sector.
Doors will open at 6pm for a 6.30 start, followed by drinks and networking in the gallery space.
